📦 How long does shipping take?

Each order is roasted fresh and typically ships within 1–3 business days. We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. As we grow, we hope to expand international shipping options for our global coffee community.

☕ What grind options do you offer?

We offer Whole Bean, Coarse, Fine, and Drip Ground options. Choose the grind that matches your brewing method — French press, espresso, pour over, or auto drip.

📬 How is my coffee packaged?

All orders are packaged in eco-conscious, resealable bags with a degassing valve to preserve freshness. Every roast is labeled with origin, tasting notes, and roast level.

🔄 Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to receive your favorite roast every 1, 2, or 4 weeks — with full flexibility to skip, pause, or cancel at any time.

♻️ What is your return policy?

We want you to love every cup. If you’re not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days — we’ll offer a one-time refund or store credit, your choice.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We may ask a few questions to better understand what went wrong — because your feedback helps us serve you better.

For future orders, unless the item was damaged or incorrect we do not accept returns on perishable goods. That does not mean we don't care if something isn't right. Please contact us immediately so we can do our best to keep you satisfied.

Are your coffees fair trade or organic certified?

Many of the farms we work with follow fair trade and organic practices, and our roasting partners uphold ethical sourcing standards. While Amira’s Blend does not currently hold official certification, we strive to align our practices with these values and are exploring formal certifications as part of our continued journey.

🧾 Can I buy a gift or send coffee to someone else?

Absolutely. You can send any roast as a gift. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. You can also include a gift note.

📅 When is the coffee roasted?

We roast in small batches daily, Monday through Friday. Your coffee is roasted and packed fresh — never warehouse stock.
